Went to the OB/GYN today.  They did another ultrasound and confirmed that the cyst was there.  Thank God that they didn't do an exam, i was so nervous about that.  He gave me a hormone shot and some pills.  i go back in a month for a follow up.  unfortunately the pain is becoming more constant, hopefully that will go away as the cyst goes away.

Oh, and when i told him about the nausea he seems to think its not associated with the cyst.  he gave me another prescription for my stomach, maybe it will help.

Turns out whats causing my nausea is an ovarian cyst...fun fun.  gotta go to the gyno for the first time tomorrow.  Not looking forward to that.

All last week i felt nauseous.  i went to the doctor thursday, she said it was probly a virus and gave me Phenergan (to treat nausea). if i didn't feel better in a few days she told me to come back.  Well its monday, and i still don't feel well.  went to the doctor this morning, she was mashing around and i was tender on my lower right side.  she suspected appendicitis.  she did some blood work and an x-ray.  she said it was likely that it wasn't appendicitis, but she wanted to make sure.  They sent me to Children's to see a surgeon. (yes i'm 18, but i still see a pediatrician). The surgeon said he doesn't think its appendicitis but he wants to figure out what it is, i go in the morning to get more tests.

Unfortunately i have bad news. 

My grandmother fell thursday night and broke her hip.  She's doing well, she had surgery last night.  they were supposed to get her up and walking today.  They move fast.

Today i found out my friend's parents are separating. I stay at their house more than my own, so it seems like its my parents splitting up. Its very upsetting, they've been married 20 years, it totally blew me away, i didn't see it coming at all.  Please pray for them.

More snow today!

Yesterday we had a nice little mix of sleet, snow, and rain.  About 50 miles north they were making snowmen, however they were only a few inches tall LOL.  This morning there was still some ice/snow on roofs as i was passing by.  Nothing really stuck near where i was.  I went to my friends house last night and they had a good bit of ice on their porch.  They're predicting snow for late friday/early saturday.  but they don't expect it to stick, the low is 19 but by saturday afternoon its supposed to be up to 41.  We enjoy what we get, it may be the only snow we see for a few more years.

The Buckeyes lost, i can't believe it.

Yesterday my youth pastor and her four kids moved to California, where my youth pastor is orginally from.  Its her hearts desire to go back home with her family and God granted that desire.  She has work to do there, she is going to be a great witness to her family.  Hopefully she'll be back in a year, if God sees fit.  It was so sad yesterday, our whole youth group was crying all day, i cried so much yesterday to last me all year.  today i'm at peace with it a little more - i know its a God thing.  Last time i talked to them they were in Texas trying to make it to New Mexico before they stopped.  Please keep them in ur prayers.

I started my classes back today, only one today.  Tomorrow i'll have 4.  Goodnight!

I went over to my uncle's house.  had some fun shooting fireworks.  this year no one got seriously injured, just a couple burns.  You see, my uncle has 6 kids - 5 boys, 1 girl.  The oldest 2 have moved out, including the girl, and the 3rd oldest was in Colorado with his church.  That left us with the 3 youngest boys; ages 11 (as of today, Jan 1), 8, and 7.  They love fire, they spent all their Christmas money on fireworks.  3 pyros with fireworks, not a good combo lol. the oldest of the 3 had a firework go off in his hand and turn his whole hand black.  They love sticking a lot of sparklers in a tube and lighting them all at once, i admit it looks pretty cool.

How was everyone's Christmas?  Mine was pretty good.  I got a new camera, yay!  I left my last camera on top of my car and forgot about it...oops.  I love this new one, its pink.  i also got the Wii.
