She yelled at me :(
i had a customer come through my line today at walmart, i told her the total and she wrote a check. We run our checks electronically, and, of course, no matter what u write on the check its gonna charge what is in the computer. Well she wrote the check wrong and i didn't notice it till after i had run the check through, i pointed it out to her and she started blaming the mistake on me and the machine saying the machine had changed what she wrote the check out for. She said she would never shop at walmart again because it is dangerous that they have a machine that will "change the amount of your check". i almost cried, she got me so frustrated. i wanted to yell write back at her.
Well that was my venting for the day. gotta be back at work at 7 in the morning so i'd better get some shut eye.

Oh the joys of public service! Its good you kept your cool. We learn lessons from other peoples mistakes-look at a check before you do your thang!
i so agree with encourager im learning that too but in a different perspective love you ashley love shelly.
*Blow It Off* LOL no one who shops at Wal-Mart every means they'll never shop at Wally World again!!!!!! Dan works for the DC so we shop at the store a lot...we see a lot of Drama & lies. You would be shocked at the things ppl will do in hopes of sueing Wal Mart///=P" You didn't do anything wrong, she did and felt embarrasssed and blame-shifted....
