It is soooo HOT outside.  It got up to 103 but the heat index was 114.  Too too hot for me, even inside the air conditioning couldn't keep up.  They're expecting record breaking highs again tomorrow.

I went to Spring Valley Beach again today.  I finally remembered my camera.

My sister starts back to school tomorrow.  She's a sophomore this year, they grow up so fast lol

My grandmother had a pet scan friday because she was having some pain.  Her cancer is back and it has spread to her liver.  she started chemo today.  please please please pray for her.  i'm believing that it is going away, for good.

i had a customer come through my line today at walmart, i told her the total and she wrote a check.  We run our checks electronically, and, of course, no matter what u write on the check its gonna charge what is in the computer.  Well she wrote the check wrong and i didn't notice it till after i had run the check through, i pointed it out to her and she started blaming the mistake on me and the machine saying the machine had changed what she wrote the check out for.  She said she would never shop at walmart again because it is dangerous that they have a machine that will "change the amount of your check".  i almost cried, she got me so frustrated.  i wanted to yell write back at her. 

Well that was my venting for the day.  gotta be back at work at 7 in the morning so i'd better get some shut eye.

We had camp meeting tonight, it was awesome!  i've never been in a praise and worship service where people were that free.  i loved it!  we didn't get out til 11.  i'm so looking forward to tomorrow night.

Well its 3:30 and i'm not in bed, i should be.  My job is going good but i'm looking forward to having the next 2 days off.

I love Casting Crowns, they're coming out with a new CD August 28th, i already preordered it.  If you haven't heard their new song "East to West" u need to go by their website and check it out, castingcrowns.com.  I was reading about one of their songs, "Praise You in this Storm", its an awesome, inspirational song.  It was written for a little girl named Erin that had bone cancer.  She was 6 when she was first diagnosed, she died when she was 10.  Throughout the battle against cancer she never lost her faith.  Even in her last few months she trusted God and didn't worry about anything.  Its an awesome story.

Well i guess i'd better get to bed.  later!

Do you ever just think?  Like you're driving down the road and you're just thinking.  Well last night i was just thinking, God probably performs miracles for us all the time but we don't realize it.  I see waking up every morning as a miracle.  God has perfect timing, God could move a car out of the way just in time for u and u not even realize it was God, or acknowledge that it was God.  I encourage everybody to take some time to thank God for every single second and all the miracles he has performed just for you.

To change the subject, i took defensive driving school this morning, it was soooo boring.  But i got through it, i go back to court August 17th to turn in my certificate.

Well i'm gonna get ready for work, 2-11 tonight.  my feet still hurt from last night.  I hope it goes by fast, church tomorrow!  I'm actually sore from church on thursday lol  we have so much fun during praise and worship, got all the little boys up and jumping with me, they think its "uncool" sometimes, they just really let go this time.  it was so cool.
